Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Executive with a client of 360GV GROUP located in Koforidua. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and seizing new business opportunities, developing strategies for improvement, and implementing sales plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks include prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and understand clients' needs
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of HR services and solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
