Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our growing retail team. The ideal candidates will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring smooth daily operations in the shop.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information and guide customers in making purchase decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively. Process sales transactions accurately and issue receipts.
- Maintain clean and organized store displays and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor or manager.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Support marketing or promotional activities as directed.
- Comply with company policies, dress code, and customer service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of SHS certificate or higher qualification.
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be Ghanaian and live in or around Tema Community 25, Spintex, or nearby areas.
Work Schedule:
- Shift 1: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1-hour break)
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: GHS 950 per month
- Commissions: Percentage bonus when shop targets are achieved
- Holiday Allowance provided
- Total Potential Earnings: Up to GHS 1,600+ monthly
Location: Tema
Salary Range: GHC1500 - GHC2000
