Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct Detailed but virtual background research on clients
- Develop contents/proposals with creative Ads prior to the award events
- Market the events to potential clients and sponsors
- Facilitate general correspondence including mails
- Engage in cold calling
- Establish and maintain the corporate relationship with clients.
- Coordinate with team to organize events and Conferences.
- Engage clients for table Reservations and Exhibition slot placements
- Assisting other departments to promote and organize upcoming events.
- Any other role as assigned by management.
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of a Degree is required
- At least 2 or more years’ experience in relevant fields
- Fluent in the English Language
- Literacy in French is an added advantage
- Computer literate
