Responsibilities

• Conduct Detailed but virtual background research on clients
• Develop contents/proposals with creative Ads prior to the award events
• Market the events to potential clients and sponsors
• Facilitate general correspondence including mails
• Engage in cold calling
• Establish and maintain the corporate relationship with clients.
• Coordinate with team to organize events and Conferences.
• Engage clients for table Reservations and Exhibition slot placements
• Assisting other departments to promote and organize upcoming events.
• Any other role as assigned by management.

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of a Degree is required
• At least 2 or more years’ experience in relevant fields
• Fluent in the English Language
• Literacy in French is an added advantage
• Computer literate
