Job Summary

Our reputable company is looking to employ sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales and Marketing Entry level person. As a Sales and Marketing officer, your duties will include prospecting for new businesses, informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, as well as continually identify new sales opportunities through customer referrals. You should also have an excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new businesses/lead.
  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of company products to clients.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations on behalf of the company to the audience needs Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort



Skills and Qualifications 

  • A minimum of HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Should be familiar with MS word, excel and power point.
