Retail Sales and Marketing Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
• Answers questions from clients.
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources.
• Welcome and great customers when they enter the store, acting as appoint of contact for new and existing clients.
• Offer help and provide direct assistance to customers both in store and on the field.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits and overall value regarding our awesome makeup products and promotions to clients and prospects
• Be enthusiastic and informative about all products offerings
  
• Place or cancel orders
• Take payment information and other pertinent information such as address and phone numbers
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
• Report anything unusual or major incidents to management
• Take directions from and report to assigned supervisor
• Help organize back stock and help in perform inventory counts
• Work as a team to achieve sales goals both in store and on the field
• Maintain a clean and tidy work and retail space

Requirements:

• HND /Degree holders Age between 24 to 30years old { prefer female/single )
•  3/5years experience in the sales and retail field very important
• Must live within the area of branch. (Head office Weija ex -old barrier west hill mall traffic light , industrial area opposite New
• Melcom plus , Spintex  opposite tempo market ,East Legon And Kumasi )
• Knowledge in Microsoft software’s and Data systems
• A very good customer care/ Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of merchandise and ability to recommend
• Merchandise to customer / can sell that is the bottom line.
• Ability to market products /work for long hours
