Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic implementer of marketing and sales work.
- Build relationships with key customers at the entry level and ensure smooth information flow.
- Understand customer requirements and correctly convey the selling points of the company's solutions.
- Participate in sales project operations as a core member of the project team, undertake some operation responsibilities, and achieve the targets.
- Participate in project negotiation and assist in project transaction activities such as contract clause improvement and dispute resolution.
Supplementary responsibilities:
- Develop key customer relationships of the account department.
- Develop and implement customer relationship plans, organize the implementation of customer relationship development activities, and support business growth.
- Understand customers' business and network requirements and correctly convey the value proposition of company's solutions.
- Participate in project operations of the account department.
- Participate in project negotiation and assist in project transaction and operation activities such as contract clause improvement and dispute resolution.
In the future, follow up the E2E process of regional customer relationship development and project implementation to ensure the achievement of market targets, sales targets, and collection targets and the improvement of customer relationships.
Professional knowledge & Skills
- Have the capability of building and developing customer relationships, and master the skills of visiting and presenting to customers.
- Ability to understand and influence customer requirements;
- Project operation capability: Participate in or take the lead in project operations of the account department.
- Transaction management capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Understand the responsibilities of the iron triangle and the requirements for the position of account manager.
- Any field of study. Communication-related majors are preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English Extra Knowledge Appreciation of EHS related issues, Knowledge in Fire safety & Ability to differentiate between a hazard and a risk associated with an activity
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any engineering related course 1 to 5 years.
- Working experience in a related role
Sierra Leonean below 30 years .
