and experienced Regional coordinator and Marketers.
- Support Service delivery processes and issues by working with the Director of operation.
- Handle regional office work to arrange service response to our members in the region.
- Achieve internal progress targets and enhance the company product and customer service quality
- Handle client emails and phone calls. Coordinate meetings with tuition providers in the region.
- Handle questions and tasks on internal processes and systems.
- Coordinate and embark on presentations to market the Association.
- To enter and keep records of all transactions in the office.
Requirements and Competencies
- Leadership skills and independent person.
- Proven working experience as a marketer
- 2 years of overall combined economics and finance experience.
- Degree in economics and professional qualification – ACCE OR CIMA
