- Managing operational activities (Administration, Warehouse and Sales and Marketing Depts.) within the regional office while marketing for the company.
- Liaise with DCL Head Office to ensure the branch office meet the regional statutory regulations.
- Developing Marketing strategy for the regional branch office and neighboring regions in line with the company objectives.
- Coordinating Marketing Campaigns with Sales activities.
- Overseeing the regional office and marketing budget.
- Coordinating with the Head office for the creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
- Liaise with Head Office in planning and implementing regional office promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve upon regional lead generation campaigns and measuring results.
- Assigning targets to team members in order to achieve individual and regional weekly and monthly targets respectively.
- Responsible for overall regional brand management and corporate identity.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing communications to the Head Office.
- Maintain effective internal communications with the regional office to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of the marketing objectives of the company.
- Liaise with HR Department on training and development for branch staff.
- Responsible for ensuring the availability of weekly task of branch staff for your reports.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and annual branch office report.
Minimum Qualification: Degree in Marketing with Managerial Experience
Experience: 10years and above
Age: 38 – 43years (must be a resident of Kumasi)
Remuneration: GH¢ 3000.00 – 3,500.00 Net
