Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Booking Reservations for Rooms
  • Check-in and Check-out Procedure of Guests
  • Problem-solving- should guests have issues during their stay.
  • Always Ensuring maximum satisfaction of guests.
  • Reporting guest issues to managing to be solved.
  • Reporting directly to the management of all issues with guests and rooms. 



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of a degree is required 
  • Candidates should have good speaking and writing skills.
  • Basic computer skills are essential to the job. 
  • Excellent customer services skills are required
