Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Taking off from drawings
- Preparation of bills of quantities
- Take measurement of works done by subcontractors
- Preparation of certificates for payment
- Take measurement of outputs of artisans
- Contract management assignments
- Input data on enterprise software
- Carry out material estimation for works
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction or Building Technology & Management with 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong Commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
