- Assist programme Director with office administration and programme monitoring.
- Complete airport pickups and transfers of our international customers
- Provide City orientation for our foreign customers
- Provide advice and support for customers on their weekend trips
- Ensure the smooth running of the programme in Takoradi
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience with International clients/tourists
- Minimum 1yr office administration and /or front facing customer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and friendly manner is essential
- Must be enthusiastic, outgoing, determined & flexible
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Excellent knowledge of the tourism industry in Ghana
- Strong preference will be given to applicants who have experience working with foreigners in the tourist industry.
NB: The role includes weekend work and travel to Accra.
