Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in the activities of chefs and other kitchen personnel engaged in preparing and cooking.
- To ensure all menus are well prepared especially should know how to cook both local and continental dishes.
- Should have knowledge of purchasing, ordering and receiving.
- Should be good in baking
- Perform duties as assigned
