Job Summary
DFWI Ghana Ltd a wood processing company located on the Spintex Road is seeking to hire Production Manager whose responsibility is to oversee the manufacturing process and to ensure that production lines run without any problems and minimum downtime.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle the production team including follow-up on job orders, maintaining work standards and application of processes flow
- Maximize the factory’s performance, while minimizing any delays to ensure we meet deadlines
- Complete production planning phase and ensure everything is according to the plan set
- Responsible for warehouse keeping
- Responsible for stock management
- Ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly
- Ensure that materials for production are readily available.
- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to all times
- Ensure that customers’ orders are completed on time
- Work with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals
Job Requirements:
- Experience in wood furniture manufacturing/processing is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management
- Degree in Operations Management
- Five to Seven years experience in similar field
- ICT literacy
- Strong leadership abilities
- Prior lean manufacturing practices
