To be successful in this role, you must be able to work with cross functional

teams towards an end-to-end solution that meets customer and market needs. This position requires

excellent teamwork and communication skills as well as working closely with other teams. As Product

Manager you will be part of a small team and must be able to quickly learn new market conditions and

new technologies.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Drive end to end product offering, including audio and conferencing systems, audio systems, etc
• Support cross functional teams including software and hardware product development, direct and channel sales, marketing, suppliers, etc.
• Create, analyze and recommend Business and Use Cases for new offerings
• Leverage customer research to adapt existing offers or/and develop new ones
• Support regional product and marketing teams to develop Go-to-Market Messaging and Content
• Work with external partner teams to define requirements and scope for A/V offering
• Participate in group discussions by expressing thoughts and ideas clearly
• Maintain an approachable demeanor and a positive can-do attitude
• Evaluate and expand the partner that is related to unified communication
• Solution selling for integrated audio visual and videoconferencing solutions to customer
• Plan and execute Quarterly product promotion to different media for selective product portfolio
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns with Partner to generate leads.
• Review and ensure partner certification is renew or upgraded on time
• Partner authorization and skillset certification

Preferred Qualification and Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in product management or technical product management role
• BA/BSc in Computer Science/IT or related field a Minimum of an HND
