Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and vision in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product development, testing, and commercialization.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Gather customer feedback and insights to drive product improvements and identify new market opportunities.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product's strategic direction and prioritizes feature development and enhancements. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
• Product Requirements: Define clear and detailed product requirements based on customer needs, market analysis, and internal stakeholders' input. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into actionable product specifications.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development and launch process. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and gather feedback. Communicate product updates, progress, and roadmap changes effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Product Launch and Adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials. Drive product adoption and ensure customer success through effective training, documentation, and support.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including revenue, customer adoption, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to drive product growth and success.
• Industry Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the energy storage and renewable energy sectors. Act as a subject matter expert and provide thought leadership on energy storage products and solutions.
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the energy or technology industry.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of energy storage systems and renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation and driving results.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Experience with product management tools and software is a plus.
