Job Description/Requirements
What You Will Do:
- Turn business problems into design solutions that touch several layers of the experience, from service level to UI
- Conduct discovery research and explore a problem space to find the best solution
- Participate in and run workshops for ideation, co-creation, and design critique
- Create UI design, write UI copy, and deliver functional specifications
- Use and contribute to our Design System
- Learn and live technology to create a technologically complex product that's used by Developers
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team and participate in product decisions
