A cybersecurity consulting firm is seeking an experienced Lead, Private/SME Business Practice to join their team. The Lead, Private/SME Business Practice is responsible for driving the Firm’s Private/SME Business operations. The Lead will be responsible for executing business initiatives and strategies for Private/SME sector engagements and projects, ensuring the identification of opportunities, establishment of strategic collaborations, and creation of a strong business pipeline. This will include deploying effective prospecting strategies, strengthening the Firm’s presence within private/SME sector institutions, and driving sustainable growth to achieve organisational objectives, consistent with the Firm’s strategy
Job Requirements
· A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field (Master’s in Private Sector Management or MBA is preferred)
· A minimum of eight (8) years of industry-specific experience (e.g. technology, consultancy services, or B2B sales), with proven competencies relevant to the role, three (3) years of which must be at a Leadership/Management/Senior level.
· Knowledge or professional experience in IT, cybersecurity and related industry is recommended.
