Job Description/Requirements

1. General Administration Duties

  • Manage office
  • collect reports from all departments and groups
  • Present weekly report to CEO


2. Organise weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual meetings

There will be two to seven meetings in a week depending on other external factors

  • Coordinate groups and departments to ensure all targets are met eg Attendance Targets
  • Prepare programme lineup for each meeting
  • Ensure all those playing roles are adequately prepared for excellent delivery
  • Ensure venue and set up is ready for all meetings without any hitch
  • Be production manager for all meetings ensuring everything goes on smoothly
  • Deal with external service providers professionally when necessary
  • Do post meeting assessment to ensure more excellence for next meeting 


3. Personal Assistant to CEO

  • Be liaison between CEO and all other groups and departments
  • Provide assistance on any other duties as shall be assigned
