Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at The BabyNest in Accra. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for providing care services for our Pre-school Pupils, engaging in lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, fostering communication, and implementing Preschool programs to support the growth and development of our young children.
Qualifications
- NNTTC/Montessori/Child Care Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Certificate in Special Needs Training/Psychology/Research in Education or Social Work is an additional advantage
- Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills
- Experience in Early Childhood Education
- Strong Communication skills
- Preschool program implementation skills
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment
- Ability to adapt innovative teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
