Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and setting up for meetings.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Conducting research on behalf of the manager.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.
- Run errands as requested
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Qualification and Experience
• Must have a First degree or an HND holder in a related field.
• Must be able to drive and should have a valid driver's license
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Prior administrative experience.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Ability to multitask
• Strong verbal communication
