Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • To provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the MD.
  • To liaise with the MD to distribute and respond to all confidential and general correspondence and reports.
  • To coordinate and maintain a schedule of appointments and meetings for the MD.
  • To prepare and coordinate reports and agendas for meetings as well as taking minutes as may be required.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of information at all times.
  • To coordinate and respond to business and clients needs including answering multiple phone calls and solving conflicts.
  • To handle daily agendas by organizing daily tasks, identifying priorities, emergencies and undertaking other duties that may be required by the MD.
  • Responsible for business and personal correspondence via letters and emails.
  • Coordinate with interviews, recruitments and train multiple staff positions.
  • To assist and coordinate activities at the warehouse, shops, administration.
  • To assist with social media postings.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the MD.



Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Degree 
  • Minimum of 2 years
