To generally provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and to discharge your responsibilities with maximum loyalty, maturity, respect and with the confidentiality that the work deserves.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing meetings and managing the CEO’S schedule
  • Communication, Reporting and Documentation
  • Support to CEO
  • Coordination of departments
  • Support Account Department
  • HR Department : Support the HR manage the performance of staffs
  • ADMIN Department : support in administration and daily operations of the organization
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned you.


Special Skills & Abilities 

  • High degree of professionalism in delivery of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel and power point
  • A good team player
  • Be able to work under minimum supervision
  • Should be able to multi-tasked
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good administrative and organizational skills high level of confidence and loyalty
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills


 Minimum Qualification Required: DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AND ANY OTHER FIELD COULD BE A PLUS.
