Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system


Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Be willing to work long hours and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative • A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company specific software if required
  • Demonstrate excellent use of basic design tool.
