About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and technologically savvy individual to join our film streaming business as a Performance Marketing Specialist.

Experience Required
- Experience in Ad trafficking and conversions using Google, Meta, TikTok, In-app traffic and performance marketing technology such as PropellerAds.
- Experience in performance marketing in Mobile Value-Added Services (MVAS) is a plus.
- Experience in App Install ads and conversions.
- Google Analytics experience is a plus
- Experience in successfully managing ad budgets to achieve maximum returns.
- 3+ years of media buying and ads trafficking, building high-converting funnels with quantifiable results.
- Ability to utilize Appsflyer mobile attribution analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Education /Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of lead generation and conversions in media and streaming platforms.
- Must be technologically savvy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Ensure alignment of campaigns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging
- Track key performance indicators and generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders
- Create compelling ad copy and work with designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Ensure that all creative materials align with campaign objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Manage and allocate budgets across various paid channels to maximize efficiency.
