About the Role:

Our private client is looking for a creative and driven Part-time Social Media Manager to join the team! You will be overseeing the social media strategy for multiple businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on creativity and is passionate about digital marketing and social media. If you are a self-starter with a flair for creating engaging content and a strategic mindset for growing a digital brand and presence, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts for multiple businesses owned by the client.
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow followers, and drive engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) to ensure it is on-brand and meets high standards of quality.
  • Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent posting schedule.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to followers, fostering a sense of community and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the content strategy.
  • Collaborate with the client to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
  • Excellent command of the English language with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working independently.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
