We are seeking energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented Outdoor Sales Personnel to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidates will actively engage potential customers in the field, promote our flexible payment options, and help drive consistent sales growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in designated areas daily to promote company products and services.
- Educate customers on our pay-as-you-go and flexible payment plans.
- Identify and onboard new clients through outdoor marketing and field activations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Submit daily activity and performance reports to the supervisor.
- Uphold company values of integrity, professionalism, and customer care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate.
- Prior experience in sales, outdoor marketing, or door-to-door campaigns is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Must be willing to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm in customer interactions.
