Operations Manager - Yango Delivery - Ghana

Responsibilities:

- Manage courier acquisition and relationships with courier companies

- Create effective operational flows in courier acquisition, planning, support, fleet and partner relations management

- Make data-driven decisions for more accurate, efficient, safe and optimal warehouse and last mile operations

- Control key metrics of all courier companies

Qualifications:

- have strong verbal and written communications skills in English

- proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- have experience with Last Mile, Logistics express operations

- have good negotiating skills

- can identify strengths and weaknesses of services and products

- can work with large amounts of data

- located in Accra
