Job Summary
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations. The operations manager’s role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization. The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. The ideal candidate should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels. Ultimately, we’ll trust you to help us remain compliant, efficient and profitable during the course of business.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee Resort efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor all KPIs
- Train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service.
- Understanding of financial and budgeting processes and principles
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive Operations manager experience,
- Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong personal and professional judgment
- Driven for results and accountable.
- Critical thinker
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Experience in the Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop and execute Operations Manager strategies that align with business objectives.
Location: Kasoa-Accra
Salary: GH 4000-6000
