Job Summary

Konsyg is seeking Operations Executives to support the sales team. As a Konsyg Operations Executive, you will be helping us to generate new prospects and you’ll have a fantastic opportunity to work in an international sales environment focusing on tech sales. The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current clients in order to hit targets and grow accounts and achieve operational excellence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the lead generation/list building process in B2B Sales.
  • Proficient in List Building and finding potential phone numbers/ Alternative Decision Markets
  • Checking the lead sheet for QA and Quality leads
  • Responsible for developing new business via email campaigns identifying appropriate clients within the target market.
  • Experience in using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts, and record information.
  • Selecting, implementing, and managing sales automation tools
  • Making Operational SOPs for all processes and evaluating and updating them constantly
  • Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle
  • Producing reports to show productivity



Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in generating leads/prospects and managing outbound sales operations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Team Player and hunger for sales/lead generation.
  • High attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience in lead-generating tools like Apollo., Sales Navigator, Snov.
  • Experience in handling spreadsheets and G-suite applications.
  • Ability to think outside of the box in terms of communication method
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
