Perform the duties of Operation Agent through face to face customer interaction

  • Minimum Qualification:HND
  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

  • Provide client service excellence to applicant: receive applicants and answer their enquires
  • Querying and ensuring applicants provide all required documents as stipulated in the checklist
  • Offer Added Value Services (AVS) services to applicants
  • Confer with applicants (by telephone or face to face) to provide information about applications
  • Advice on applicable fees and/or Added Value Services (AVS), collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
  • Audit and ensure all required documents are filled
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information/documents presented by customers
  • Record & maintain all application data. Ensure accurate & timely data entry into the system with zero errors
  • Escalate the quality control error to Operations Supervisor
