Responsible for answering customer’s questions online and collecting customer feedback.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Live chat customer service
- Daily issue & suggestion report
- Work online and at home or any places that you like
Qualification and Requirements
- Preferably a college graduate.
- Fluent English in reading and writing
- Strong logical thinking Patient to repeat the same conversations with different users
- With a personal computer and good network signal
- Must be able to take Video call (Skype) & remote access (troubleshooting only), and reply instant message promptly during working hours
Working Time:
Full time: 6 working hours(07:00 pm - 01:00 am) daily (Mon-Fri)
Willing to do the job with a shift schedule
Training program:
1-2 Weeks
Salary:
At least 1.8 USD one hour
