Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Courses Admissions Officer at Suafast in Accra. The Online Courses Admissions Officer will be responsible
- Marketing Suafast Skill hub and brand management
- Managing Local and international admissions for our professional certificate course,
- Enrol students to our various online cohorts
- providing exceptional customer service, facilitating education-related interactions, and
- Ensuring effective communication with prospective students.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Professional courses admissions
- Experience in International Admissions
- Strong educational background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in student recruitment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education or International Relations
