Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring signing of visitor's book
  • Filling
  • Dealing with emails
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • Managing diaries and arranging appointments for both management and the office
  • Data entry of sales and producing report for management on weekly basis
  • Ensuring and managing office needs/supply
  • Providing administrative support to senior management and Business Development Managers
  • Ensuring organized and tidy office environment all the time
