- Taking minutes of meetings
- Managing diaries and arranging appointments for both management and the office
- Data entry of sales and producing report for management on weekly basis
- Ensuring and managing office needs/supply
- Providing administrative support to senior management and Business Development Managers
- Ensuring organized and tidy office environment all the time
