Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Record Keeping:
- Accurately input data into systems and maintain office records.
- Assist with basic record keeping and document organization.
Office Tidiness:
- Ensure the office is kept clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
General Office Support:
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and general clerical tasks.
- Help with organizing office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Run small errands and provide logistical support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Basic education (Senior High School or equivalent).
- Ability to learn data entry and basic record-keeping tasks.
