As a Network Management Associate, you will be part of a dynamic shift team responsible for real-time monitoring and optimization of Kofa’s battery network. This is a critical role at the forefront of the green energy transition, ensuring a seamless, safe, and cost-effective experience for Kofa’s customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize risks, maximize value, and support the scalability of Kofa’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
Real-Time Operations Management
- Monitor and manage Kofa’s portfolio of battery swap stations and batteries in real-time to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and optimize revenue.
- Respond to events, incidents, and alarms promptly, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with field teams to resolve equipment faults and support ongoing maintenance activities.
- Dispatch batteries across the network at optimal costs while maintaining seamless swapping experiences.
Data and Reporting
- Produce daily and weekly reports to provide actionable insights for short- and long-term network decision-making.
- Perform data analysis and develop models to improve decision-making within the NOC.
- Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to enhance automation and integrate AI tools into network operations.
Risk and Capacity Management
- Address network constraints by proposing tools and incentives to maintain uninterrupted battery swapping services.
- Appraise and recommend pricing strategies and cost-saving measures in line with operational goals.
- Ensure reconciliation of all batteries in the network at all times to maintain operational integrity.
Customer-Centric Operations
- Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that support customer value, operational efficiency, and business scalability.
- Engage with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide insights and feedback for enhancing customer experience and economic value.
- Actively support the Field Operations teams in ensuring network safety and reliability.
Emergency Response
- Serve as the first responder for triggering emergency procedures, including liaising with field teams, the company fire marshal, and emergency services, as required.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Sciences from a recognized university (essential).
- Experience: At least 3 years in a fast-paced operations environment, with proven ability to make commercial decisions under pressure.
- Proven ability to make commercial decisions under time constraints and operational pressures.
- Skills and Tools:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (required); proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with data science techniques and commercial analysis (beneficial).
