Mobile Banker

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and register new clients for Green Growth Susu Enterprise’s savings schemes
• Collect daily, weekly, or monthly susu contributions from assigned clients.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client balances.
• Submit daily reports and deposits to the office promptly.
• Educate clients on available savings plans and the importance of financial discipline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Promote the company’s products and services within designated operational areas.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of SHS Certificate or higher qualification.
• Prior experience in field sales, mobile banking, or customer service is an added advantage.
• Must possess a valid Ghana Card.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of honesty, punctuality, and goal orientation.
• Must be willing and able to work actively in the field.
• Applicants must reside around Madina, Dodowa, or nearby areas.
