- Working with the Melbet Back end marketing team to design online Sports Betting Marketing Strategy with key measurable KPI’s.
- Supervise the activities of the affiliate managers
- Create and evaluate social media strategies and manage all social media platforms for the business.
- Manage Paid Social Media Campaigns within agreed budgets and manage Customer Relationship.
- Develop new ideas and methods to engage customers on social platforms and grow the social media reach.
Affiliate Manager Duties
- Account existing affiliate partners via email, phone, newsletters and forums to maximize revenue generation.
- Recruit new affiliates to run campaigns and negotiate terms of the deal.
- Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI.
- Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend.
- Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management.
Customer Support Duties
- Standard Management of Customers.
- Reception, Processing and Dissemination of information.
- Digital Marketing to promote the brand.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Operating as the “face” of a brand in physical and virtual networks.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to understand their needs and priorities.
