Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design mechanical systems, devices, and components (e.g., engines, machines, tools).
• Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design specifications.

Project Management:

• Lead projects from concept to production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, designers, and project managers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for parts, materials, and services.

• Build prototypes and conduct tests to assess performance, durability, and safety.
• Analyze test results and make design adjustments to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations.

• Identify and solve technical issues in the design, manufacturing, or operation of mechanical systems.
• Implement engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Use simulation software and analysis tools to predict and resolve performance issues.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of machinery and mechanical systems.
• Conduct performance evaluations and inspections to ensure systems run efficiently and safely.

• Prepare detailed documentation, including reports, manuals, and operational procedures.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients, management, and stakeholders.
• Maintain technical records and ensure designs meet regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: HND  in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring deliverables are met.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and collaboration.
