Mechanical Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting to Engineering Manager, the functions of this role include but are not limited to supporting the Engineering department. Will be the key person in charge of producing specifications for design, develop and installation of new or modified mechanical components or systems.

Job/Specification
- Plan, organize, implement and manage engineering tasks in accordance with priorities and goals
- Perform engineering calculations to support design work
- Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and work with vendors and contractors
- Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
- Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget
Specific Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Three (3) years of experience with mechanical design (pipes and fittings, pumps, etc.) or manufacturing engineering work
- Experience using the following software:
▪ SolidWorks
▪ AutoCAD Plant 3D
▪ AutoCAD
▪ Microsoft word
▪ Microsoft Excel
▪ CATIA
▪ Siemens NX
- Knowledge of NDT and corrosion control techniques
- Exceptional technical, problem-solving, and reasoning ability
