Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Supervise food prep and cooking
Maintaining a fully stocked kitchen inventory and complying with the safety and cleanliness standards.
Assist with stock taking and proper labeling of storage of the food supplies, taking into consideration the expiry dates at delivery.
Provide quality canteen and catering customer service including food production and food preparation duties, counter service, clearing tables and cleaning duties.
Provide a clean, hygienic environment for the preparation, storage and safe handling of food.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Must have an HND or Degree.
- Must have knowledge in both pastries, local and continental dishes.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience is required
Location: Preferred Candidate must reside around Tema and Ashaiman.
Salary Range: Attractive and Negotiable
