Job Summary

mPharma is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Senior Associate to join our team. This person will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow our brand, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth. A key part of this role is building and managing the company's social media presence to ensure strong brand visibility across digital platforms.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and retention strategy for acquiring patients and generating revenue growth for the Retail Business Unit.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build, grow, and manage the company's social media presence and digital platforms by creating engaging and innovative content.
  • Drive customer acquisition through digital and traditional marketing, including in-store campaigns, seasonal promotions, and health awareness initiatives across retail pharmacies
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, content, and email, while coordinating with retail teams to ensure coordinated delivery across retail and digital touchpoints
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on performance metrics for campaigns, social media engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Work closely with the product and design team to design and run acquisition tests.
  • Support revenue forecasting and planning by having a deep understanding of future revenue growth and the projected impact of new revenue programs.
  • Own the end-to-end implementation of marketing programs, including ensuring timely delivery of projects and managing all aspects of implementation, working with the analytics team to establish a tracking and measurement framework.
  • Test what works and scale it. Be responsible for the measurement and reporting of all in-market tests and live revenue programs you own, including iteration and optimization.
  • Contribute to business growth by driving effective marketing campaigns and supporting revenue objectives

  • A strong work ethic and a proactive “can do” attitude that requires minimal supervision
  • Fluent English with excellent writing, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Experience in the retail, telecommunications, or e-commerce domain, leading customer acquisition efforts and marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to network with new people and develop business relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Experience in data analysis, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • A self-starter who can multitask while consistently producing high-quality deliverables for a diverse set of concurrent initiatives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in marketing and analytics, with a strong focus on digital and social media marketing.
  • Solid understanding of branding, content creation, and digital advertising.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like Canva, etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Spotless business and personal background
