Scope
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the company's marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer engagement and increase clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with the company's objectives, targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Manage the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO) SEM.
- Regularly update content to reflect the latest offerings and industry trends.
- Create compelling Ads and videos for various digital channels, including social media platforms, blogs, email newsletters, and online advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and make data-driven decisions to improve conversion rates.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty and drive traffic to the company's website.
- Monitor and promptly update management of new business requests and inquisitions from clients and prospects.
- Monitor online reviews and respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback, maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and present findings to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
- Ability to use Canva and other digital editing tools.
- Proven ability to close deals and increase brand market share.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging Ads for different target audiences.
- Excellent negotiation, market research, and client management skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Software suite (i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
