Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities
Marketing and Sales Operations
  • Develop a marketing strategy that ensures attainment of company’s business goals
  • Develop marketing and business development budget
  • Prepare and monitor action plans for implementing marketing strategy

Business Development
  • Generate new leads and business for the company
  • Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals
  • Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets

Market Research
  • Undertake research and report to management of service and solution improvements that will enhance sales and activity performance
  • Conduct competitive strategy and client segmentation analysis

Client service
  • Actively seek new clients and manage existing relationships by regular visits
  • Work with clients on content and format of works
  • Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
  • Management (Team)
  • Make recommendation for recruiting, hiring, developing and continuously training the marketing team
  • Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communication materials
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the team and ensure that standards are maintained and performance targets are achieved at all times

Reporting
Provide timely research feedback to senior management on:
  • Competitive strategy analysis
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Market and industry trends
  • Sales performance 

Qualification and Requirements
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or with a professional qualification in marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 year post qualification relevant experience gained from working in a sales and marketing environment especially in real estate.
  • Good understanding of the real estate industry dynamics and requirements
  • Good interpersonal skills, relationship building with strong customer orientation
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive a sales team
  • Good report writing skills
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A good negotiation and networking skills
  • Valid driver's license
