Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support product launches and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and presentations for management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and creative skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
