Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales operations by managing order processing, payment follow-ups, and logistical coordination. The role involves collecting and depositing customer cheques, liaising with the production team to ensure timely order completion, and arranging transport for deliveries. The coordinator will also prepare sales and order reports (MIS) by customer and size to support business planning and performance tracking.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collection of cheques from customers and depositing in the bank.
- Take orders from marketing department and follow up with production for timely production.
- Assist in arranging trucks for the orders.
- Follow up the payments with the customers.
- Make MIS report of Sales done size wise / customer wise.
- Make MIS report for the Sales Orders in Hand – Size wise / Customer wise.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as Marketing Coordinator with FMCG / Manufacturing /Commercial Products Sales & Distribution Organizations.
- Good knowledge versed with geographical places in and around Accra / Kumasi / Tema / Takoradi
Qualification Required
(1) Higher National Diploma – HND
OR
(2) Bachelor’s Degree
Age Limit : Maximum 35 years

Note:
- We prefer candidates who have own bike and residing at - Sege / Dawah / Tsopoli / Tema only.
- Company bus is available from Kubekrom / Ashaiman / Old & New Ningo / Prampram / Sege / Dawah / Tsopoli to Factory.
Salary & Perks:
- Gross Salary – Maximum 3,000 to 4,000 cedis
- Medical - Medical Treatment covered at Company First Aid Clinic / Company Designated Hospitals, as per the prevailing company policy in place.
- Food Allowance - as per the prevailing company policy in place.
- Petrol Allowance – as per the prevailing company policy in place.
