Job Description:
The Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for multiple clients within the agency. This role requires a hands-on approach in project management, content creation, social media management, and reporting. The Marketing Associate will work closely with lead strategist, designers, and media to deliver high-quality work that meets client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Coordination and Support:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project workflow, from debriefing to campaign launch.
- Manage multiple client accounts, adhering to specific timelines, budgets, and project scopes.
2. Content Development and Creation:
- Create and edit content such as social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and web copy tailored to each client's brand voice and goals.
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce engaging content, including graphics and videos.
- Maintain content calendars for each client and ensure consistency across all platforms.
3. Client Communication:
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and deliverables.
- Attend client meetings to support lead strategist and contribute ideas to discussions on strategy and execution.
- Gather feedback from clients and communicate it to the internal team to ensure continuous improvement.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:**
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences specific to each client.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve client strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
5. Administrative and Organizational Support:
- Maintain detailed records of client projects, including meeting notes, feedback, and task assignments.
- Assist in developing project briefs, proposals, and other documentation as needed.
- Organize files, maintain marketing databases, and ensure accuracy of client information.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent powerpoint presentation development skills.
- Experience in content creation and digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt content and strategies to different brand voices.
