- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
- Analyzing the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
- Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
- Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Qualification and Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma with some sales experience.
- Must have some real estate experience
- Target driven
- Innovative and creative
- Must have worked in selling services
- Have a good Network.
- Ability to write a Marketing proposal
- Leadership skills
- Very active and good knowledge about social media marketing.
