Marketing and Operations Officers

Responsibilities:

• Develop, roll-out and evaluate marketing strategies or promotions to increase student admissions
• Create public awareness of the school through all social media platforms and any other source.
• Monitor and update school’s website and other social media platforms
• Create and develop new innovative ways to communicate the school’s services.
• Coordinate registration and admission of students with the school and CTVET
• Liaise with stakeholders such as CTVET, IET etc. as well as attending workshops, seminars etc. on behalf of the School
• Assist filing and filing of CTVET internal verification forms.
• Update school calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
• Communicate with parents, regulatory bodies and the public
• Coordinate ceremonial programs such as orientations, graduations etc. with administration

Requirements:

• A HND/Bachelor's degree in operations management, project management, strategic management, business management, or similar.
• A master's degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive experience in an operations management position, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of operation management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to promote efficiency toward achieving business objectives and profitability.
• Years of Experience: (2-3 years’ experience)
