The ideal candidate must be able to ride a motorbike with a valid license and will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and driving sales growth within the assigned areas.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s real estate and construction services to prospective clients in designated areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and engage potential buyers and partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Distribute marketing materials and represent the company at exhibitions and community events.
- Provide feedback from clients and prospects to improve marketing strategies.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on marketing activities and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing or sales is an advantage.
- Must own or be able to ride a motorbike with a valid riding license.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Must reside within Adenta, Oyibi, Dodowa, Katamanso, or Appolonia areas.
