Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel expansion & market penetration (Identifying & appointment of channel partners) - 1. Inverters & batteries sales channels; 2. UPS - IT/Computer Peripherals sales channels.
  • Achieving revenue targets ensuring on time collections for assigned products.
  • Devising monthly/quaterley sales forecast by ensuring clear steps towards targeted sales & business volumes.
  • Building & managaging strong professional relationship with channel partners.
  • "Action planning; market analysis to increase the volume and market share"
  • Planning & execution of sales promotion strategies - BTL to accelerate sales.
  • Dealer development - Signage, imparting product training & display


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Education Qualifications B.E + B.Tech (Electricals) + MBA (Preferred)
  • Experience 05-08 years experience in Sales, exposure to Inverters & battery market/sales channels.
  • Functional skills required to execute the role Channel management & problem solving skills.


KEY INTERACTIONS

  • Key Interactions: Nature or purpose of interaction Internal Daily reporting - progress with respect to plan.
  • Sales Planning and Logistics Team - ensure avaliablility of goods and deliveries Issues resolution - sales & service.
  • External Channel partners and end users - critical issues resolution
